coaching philosophy

When deciding who to add to our coaching staff, we look for the following traits and experience:

• College and/or Professional playing experience;
• Christian background and leadership qualities (e.g., lead bible studies and prayer);
• Shared value system (e.g., hustle, attitude, toughness, playing for a higher purpose, etc.);
• Willingness to lead by example and be held accountable; and
• Prior Impact Athletes playing experience preferred.
